Nanny
Caregiver with duties that usually include all child-related tasks (bottle/meal preparation, laundry, creating schedules and routines, transportation to school and/or activities, overseeing bath-time and personal hygiene, potty learning, organizing, and tidying play spaces and bedrooms, cleaning child-related messes, encouraging child-development and reaching milestones through play and/or organized activities, homework help, organizing fun or educational outings). Little to no other household duties.

Nanny/Family Assistant
Nanny with duties that are majority child-related but also include household management tasks such as loading and unloading dishwasher, taking out family trash, folding family laundry, family meal preparation, light housekeeping, organizing, running errands, bringing in mail, grocery shopping, pet care, etc. Nanny/Family Assistants can be ideal for families with school-aged children in need of care before and after school and an extra set of hands during the day.

House Manager
A household employee with little to no child-related duties. Their main responsibility is to ensure your household is running smoothly and to complete household tasks such as laundry, grocery shopping, running errands, taking out the trash, meal preparation, overseeing contractors and other workers, paying household bills, organizing parties, schedule coordination, booking travel arrangements, pet care, light housekeeping, etc.
Full-Time: 35+ hrs/wk. Part-Time: 20-34 hrs/wk. Temporary: 1-3 months
Meet Allison!
Owner and founder, Allison Korpai, is a Chicagoland native offering over 20 years of experience in the childcare field with 10+ of those as a career nanny herself. Allison has always possessed a passion for working with children, starting off as a swim-aid at the age of 12. From there, she continued gaining experience as a babysitter, camp counselor, after-school club leader, inclusion companion, youth soccer coach, ABA therapy assistant, and even an Au Pair living and working in both Germany and England.
Most recently, Allison went back to school to study social justice where she completed her degree all while nannying full-time and interning at a non-profit serving homeless LGBTQ+ youth.
Her love of children, serving her community, and building long-lasting relationships were Allison’s main motivators when deciding to start her own agency. Being the “helper” that she is, nothing makes her happier than seeing families and caregivers thriving due to the connections she helped create.
In her free time, Allison loves to travel, support her favorite soccer team, FC Bayern and try new restaurants with her husband, Casey.
